What AFTWISE is
AFTWISE™ is organizational and recordkeeping software for vessel owners and operators. It is not a navigation system, an emergency service, a weather service, a regulatory authority, a surveyor, an insurer, a mechanic, a captain, or a substitute for professional judgment.
No reliance for navigation or safety
You must verify charts, notices to mariners, weather, tides, lock and bridge schedules, clearances, regulations, manufacturer instructions, maintenance procedures and operating decisions through current authoritative sources. Information you have entered into AFTWISE, or that AFTWISE has derived from it, is a record of what you told it — not an authority.
Your responsibilities
- The accuracy of the data you enter
- The security of your devices
- Keeping backups, and protecting the files you export
- Lawful use of the software and of the records you create with it
- Any decision you make on the basis of the record
Trials, subscriptions and pricing
Plan names and prices published on this website are subject to final storefront terms, taxes, territory availability, renewal settings and applicable platform rules. Subscriptions are sold and administered through the Apple App Store. Trial eligibility and conversion terms are disclosed at enrollment or purchase, and cancellation is handled in your Apple account settings.
Availability and change
Features, interfaces, supported exports and plan placement may change as the product is maintained. Aftwise, LLC does not use this website to advertise functionality that the released build does not support.
Intellectual property
AFTWISE™ and its related branding, software, design, documentation and content are owned by or licensed to Aftwise, LLC. No rights are granted except the limited right to use this website and a properly licensed copy of the product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aftwise, LLC is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate user data, failure to verify official information, unsafe operation, device loss or damage, unavailable services, or failure to maintain appropriate backups.
